SAS System Engineer

Location: Warsaw

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor existing SAS systems to ensure structural integrity
  • Oversee the development, installations, and deployments of new systems or application components
  • Provide technical direction to IT support staff
  • Design and implement security systems and backups to maintain data safety
  • Write custom scripts to reduce the need for human intervention

Qualifications:

  • Extensive experience in working as a System Engineer
  • Hands-on experience in provisioning, operating, and managing SAS environments
  • Excellent knowledge of Unix/Linux, Windows, server-based systems, and network technologies
  • Training and broad experience in installation of SAS on different OS
  • Experience in silent installations of SAS (scripted install)
  • Good command of English (daily communication)
  • Reliability and accuracy
