C&F Announces Board of Directors, CEO Change and Evolved Business Lines

Reinforcing the Leadership

C&F announced today that Piotr Rudnicki will be taking over the position of Chairman of the Board of Directors. Establishing a Board will further streamline the company’s senior leadership to advance driving strategic directions. Under Rudnicki’s leadership as CEO, over the past 19 years the company has evolved into one of the global providers of Big Data, Advanced Analytics and GRC (Governance, Risk & Compliance) solutions to Life Science industry and beyond. As the Chairman Piotr will be even stronger involved in dialog with C&F clients.

Leszek Rabiega, the current COO, will be appointed the new Chief Executive Officer. Leszek has been working with C&F for eight years, first as Advisor to the Board and then as COO. He has extensive experience in strategy development and implementation in various industries, including FMCG, Financial Institutions and Pharmaceuticals. His professional portfolio includes work as consultant and manager in international institutions such as McKinsey and Company, SABMiller and Rieber Foods. His versatile functional experience will help C&F to continue on the path of further international expansion.

Following Leszek’s appointment, Tomasz Bogusławski, the current CTO, will be promoted to Chief Operating Officer, and Maciej Kornacki (former EVP at ProSiebenSat.1 Media) is joining the company to assume the role of Chief Marketing Officer. Jan Anisimowicz will become the Executive Director of AdaptiveGRC, a C&F subsidiary delivering Risk & Compliance solutions, Piotr Pielasa will take on the role of Director of Life Science Solutions, and Tomasz Młodecki will serve as Director of Data-Driven Innovation.

Earlier this month Maciej Kornacki joined the C&F Executive Team as CMO. Kornacki oversees the marketing, strategy and product portfolio, while also being responsible for client acquisition and retention. Kornacki’s background is in molecular biology and medicine: he pioneered artificial intelligence in molecular genetics, innovated computer-assisted medical imaging and co-founded the Polish Telemedicine Association. Kornacki served as Senior Executive and Board Member for global companies including leading Analytical Software manufacturers and Consumer Electronics producers. Before joining C&F Kornacki was the EVP and Chief Digital Officer at one of the largest European TV and Media companies. Maciek brings a unique combination of in-depth understanding of enterprise processes and data-driven innovation to help C&F clients turn their data assets into innovative strategies and products.

Additionally, the C&F Executive Team announced a new corporate operating structure consisting of the following business units: Life Science solutions, Data-Driven Innovation, Data Monetization, Risk & Compliance, and Lite Sourcing. Life Science delivers innovative programs for Life Science companies and support for value-based pricing as well as connecting physicians and patients.  Data-Driven Innovation combines data convergence and action research technologies to become a data-driven enterprise and accelerate commercial traction. Data Monetization offers Data Ecosystem and Commerce Platforms for data-rich companies to become ready to turn data insights into money-making data products and generate brand new revenues. Risk & Compliance provides organizations with a focused combination of cutting edge software and real-world consultancy. The Risk & Compliance team removes uncertainty while leveraging its capabilities to reliably execute objectives with assurance and integrity. Lite Sourcing proposes a variety of options for outsourcing of software development projects as well as implementation and maintenance services to appropriate nearshoring and offshoring locations.

Looking ahead to the next three years, as C&F’s pipeline steadily matures, the company anticipates additional announcements of key business and IT solution launches.

C&F also announced that in alignment with the structure change, the company will henceforth introduce a corresponding new graphical logo.
