Solution Delivery Manager / Senior Client Partner

Location: US, East Coast (NY/NJ/PA)


Solution Delivery Manager is responsible for ensuring successful delivery on C&F’s engagements in Life Sciences Analytics and Information Management programs, such as Big Data analytical environments.

S/he is a key business partner who interacts with our Healthcare & Life Science (HLS) clients’ global organizations and coordinates all analytic and strategic initiatives.

Internally, the Solution Delivery Manager works closely with C&F’s technical leads who manage relationship with the clients’ senior technical (BT/IT) teams.



Stakeholder management and coordination
  • Work effectively with members of business analytics teams, operations teams and cross-functional partners (e.g., Medical, Finance), collaborating as needed on client deliverables to assure the highest level of service to the global business
  • Partner with global leadership in goal-setting, strategy development and growth opportunity identification/prioritization (business development)
  • Proactively seek out and evaluate new data sources, tools, and analytic partners that drive global business objectives
  • Continuously inform PMO on project portfolio status and guide necessary changes to meet business objectives of multiple stakeholders
Overall client service level management
  • Coordinate C&F activities related to various parts of clients’ organizations
  • Bridge the gap between technical stakeholders (IT/BT), global strategy/analytics and operations – optimize overall support provided to business users to maximize benefits from available data and analytical tools
  • Initiate actions related to the C&F Client Service Team, to optimize client satisfaction across organizational units
Effective analytics for business decisions (optional)
  • Assure delivery of rigorous, analytics-based decision support to the commercial teams, coordinating product/market/customer research, analytics, and insight generation
  • Drive and influence strategic and tactical planning as well as business decisions through development and execution of analytical plans, providing leadership updates


  • Bachelor’s degree required; MA/MS/MBA or other advanced degree preferred
  • Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in healthcare, pharmaceutical or related field (HLS) including broad knowledge of industry dynamics, marketing channels, payer and reimbursement dynamics as well as market and policy trends
  • Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in project/portfolio management of multiple projects and resources concurrently; preferably data management projects
  • Expertise in the use of global industry data sources and tools to support analytics that drive good business decisions would be an additional benefit
  • Highly developed interpersonal skills: establishes credibility with internal client partners
  • Ability to work effectively in an environment of global teams, functional partners, other BUs, as well as external partners
  • Ability to influence and persuade through personal credibility, integrity and professionalism (seniority)
  • Ability to present results to senior management: superior verbal and written communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to not only deliver answers to specific business questions, but also to develop insights and make strategic business recommendations
  • Ability to manage simultaneously multiple projects involving a variety of analytic techniques and tools
  • Analytical, problem-solving/consultative and quantitative skills with expertise in the tools of primary research, secondary data analysis, and forecasting would be an additional benefit

Estimated travel:
  • Occasional travel to West Coast and very occasional to C&F HQ in Warsaw, Poland
