Michał Majkowski

As the manager of the Data Lakes Competency Center, I mainly work as a technical lead on projects for C&F's largest clients in the pharmaceutical sector. I coordinate the work of the DevOps team, design new solutions and improve existing ones. The systems I design are based on the AWS offering (e.g. S3, MSK, Glue), commercial products (e.g. Collibra, Snowflake, Databricks, Starburst), open source products (e.g. Airflow, Spark, Kafka) and custom solutions. I am also responsible for the team's planning, allocations and budget. This allows me to gain new experience and leverage the experience I gained while working for 15 years as a programmer, designer, architect, and team leader for some of the largest organizations in the telecommunications and banking industries.
