I'm a data solutions leader who combines a Master's degree in Radio, Television and Digital Communications with a passion for data-driven storytelling. My journey started with designing data warehouses and ETL processes, and quickly progressed to leading teams in solving complex business problems. At C&F since 2009, I've led major projects including the ground-breaking Zoetis data warehouse in Japan. My role evolved to build the Service Delivery team and later to lead Human Pharma projects, emphasising stability and innovation. Now, as Head of Data Solutions, I focus on empathetic, customer-centric solutions that integrate data from disparate sources for a major pharmaceutical company. My expertise lies in project management, ITIL, agile methodologies and business intelligence. Balancing work with personal hobbies, I bring a fresh perspective to professional challenges and advocate technology as a tool for positive change.
