We are pleased to announce the appointment of Tomasz Bogusławski as Chief Executive Officer of C&F. Tomasz Bogusławski, formerly Chief Operating Officer (COO) is replacing Leszek Rabiega, who is retiring from C&F after serving as CEO since 2018.
Tomasz is an accomplished leader who has held a variety of roles of increasing responsibility, starting as a programmer at C&F in 2001, through a number of senior leadership roles, to finally becoming Chief Operating Officer (COO) in 2020. He will lead the Management Board and be a key partner to the Supervisory Board to ensure we operate at maximum efficiency and effectiveness in advancing our vision of growth while maintaining a strong focus on our Clients.
I am grateful for the opportunity to lead C&F at such an exciting time in our history, and I am honored to be named CEO of a company I have served the last 20 years. It is crystal clear to me what my primary contribution as CEO will be. C&F, as a company, is a culture. We are a group of people brought together around a common set of values and beliefs. It is not ‘what’ we do that binds us together – it is ‘why’ and ‘how’ we do it. It is not the size of the company we reached that makes C&F strong – it is the beliefs and values we all share. It will remain my primary objective as CEO to continue safeguarding what is most precious to C&F: you as a team and our unique culture.
