Our CSR activities recognized as Best Practices by the Responsible Business Forum
Posted on

Our company’s commitment to Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) has recently been recognized by the Responsible Business Forum, a leading organization in Poland dedicated to promoting sustainable business practices. We are proud to have several of our CSR initiatives featured in the “Responsible Business in Poland. Best Practices” report.

Among the initiatives highlighted in the publication, our Tech Happy Hours program stands out as a best practice in promoting continuous learning, innovation, and collaboration among our employees and partners.
Additionally, our C&F Office Days meetings have helped improve collaboration and communication between teams working on projects and our C&F Running Team has also been recognized for promoting a healthy lifestyle through coaching for runners of all skill levels.
Finally, our CF4GOOD charity initiative involves a significant percentage of our C&F team and helps us support worthy causes by participating in the decision-making process for the allocation of funds.

By prioritizing knowledge sharing, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration, promoting employee health and well-being, and giving back to the community, we demonstrate our commitment to being a responsible business. These CSR-oriented activities reflect our dedication to creating a positive impact both within and outside of our company.

We are honored to see our CSR initiatives recognized by the Responsible Business Forum, and our community remains committed to continually improving and expanding our efforts in this area.
